1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging JLRcarkeysolutions for automotive locksmith services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Proof of Ownership

To comply with UK law and prevent vehicle theft, we strictly require proof of ownership before performing any key programming or entry services.

• You must present a valid photo ID (Driving License or Passport).
• You must present the V5C (Logbook) matching your ID and the vehicle registration.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if ownership cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

3. Services & Warranty

We provide mobile key replacement, programming, and non-destructive vehicle entry.

• Warranty: All new keys and programming services come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects and programming faults.
• Exclusions: This warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or loss of the key after the service is complete. It also does not cover batteries.
• Existing Faults: We are not responsible for existing electrical faults in the vehicle (e.g., faulty KVM modules or wiring issues) that may prevent successful programming.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the work. We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, and Bank Transfers. For "All Keys Lost" emergency callouts, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking slot and dispatch a technician.

5. Cancellations & Callout Fees

If you wish to cancel a booking, please provide at least 2 hours' notice. Cancellations made after a technician has been dispatched may incur a callout charge to cover fuel and travel time. If we arrive on-site and cannot complete the job due to incorrect information provided by you (e.g., wrong model year) or lack of ownership proof, a callout fee will apply.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure non-destructive entry and safe programming, JLRcarkeysolutions shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, or loss of profits.
